Campaign Wizard Details - Adding Filters
The wizard allows you to ‘filter’ who will see your advert campaign. You can filter by member or property. The first filter screen is for filtering by priority. You can select all or a combination of band, priority date and reason. If you don’t want to use any of these filters, simply leave them blank and click ‘next’.
The second filter screen is for members. You can filter using any element on the application. In the example below, the campaign will be seen by members with a bedroom need of 2 and a mobility level of 1. You can add up to six filters. Click ‘add filter’ to add more.
The next filter screen is for individual household member data, such as National Insurance Number, ethnic origin and occupation.
The final filter screen is for selecting which property adverts will show the campaign text if the ‘property advert’ option has been selected. In the example below, the advert will only appear on properties which are labelled as for ‘transfer’ applicants only. Again, multiple filters can be added.
