Reinstating Users
Managers who have not been able to validate users by the completion date are able to reinstate them.
To find users that are no longer able to log on to the system, go to Contacts and permissions tab, enter the name of your organisation and click Search. Once the names appear tick Show Removed Users and search again. Find the user that you want to reinstate - If the user is not live on the system a green icon will appear at the end of their details:
Click on the green icon and this will then open up the users page as below.
Select the green icon again to reinstate the user
A text box will appear saying ‘Are you sure that you wish to reinstate this user?
Select OK and the green icon will disappear.
Once you have reinstated the user ensure that you have updated their contact details and you may have to reset their password as well.
