Bulk Print Message

When generating a large print runs for letters via reports this can sometimes take a long time to load therefore a link has been created on the home page which will temporarily save the letters so that you can continue using the back office. 

In the first instance you will see the screen shot below.  

 

The link on the Locata Home page is displayed as follows:

 

The above link will be shown only on the day you generate the letters, the link and letters will be cleared out overnight. 

It is advisable therefore to print the letters the same day as generating them or if unable to do this, click on the link and save the letters generated to print at a later time.
