Journals

The journals provides the following functionality:

• Ability to assign a category or categories to a journal entry
• Ability to delete or edit your own entry
• A search function which operates within the text of each entry
• Ability to filter the journal by module, type and category either per journal or as a default setting for all journals
• Option to spell check manual entries
• In HPA, ability to identify journal entries as sensitive

The journal is accessed in the same way as before and the same icons are used at the front of each journal entry.

• You can see more of the text of each journal entry.
• You can also delete your own journal entries and edit your own entries.
• Ensure you save the changes by clicking 'save' if you edit an entry.
