Property Costs

Enter the property rent in the Social Rent field. 

If the property has an affordable rent this can be entered in the Affordable Rent field. 

Service charges, including non eligible charges are to be entered in total in the Service Charge field. Then enter the non eligible amount in the Non-Rebateable Service Charge field. 

Use the drop down menu on the Rent Period field for either weekly or monthly charge.

Press save and click on the right arrow.
