Freesheet Creation

At a fixed time during the processing cycle Locata staff will generate the Freesheet, or you may be using Daily Bidding to advertise properties dependant on scheme.

These actions force a number of changes to the data. All Ready to Advertise properties which contain all of the mandatory fields needed to create an advert have their status changed to Advertised.

Your magazine or property list (freesheet) is then generated by Locata staff or yourselves (if you have daily bidding) again dependant on your local scheme set up and procedures. 

Shortlists are created, which means your adverts are now Open for Bidding on by members.
