Overdue members
Click ‘Reviews’ down the left hand side to enter Review Manager; this will show you the 2 policies set up for Dorset. Select each policy in turn where there are reviews ‘Overdue’.
Applicants will appear in the ‘Overdue’ link 29 days after sending the first letter.
Click on the policy and this screen will appear:
Do not amend anything in the policy details section as the template letters/emails have already been assigned.
Before you hibernate applicants who have failed to review their housing application you have the opportunity to:
Skip a review – Suggestions maybe Part VII applicants or vulnerable applicants depending on your scheme arrangements
Mark as reviewed – Applicants who have informed you they wish to remain on the housing register either verbally where there has been no change in their circumstance. Please note you can do this indivdually on the applicants CRM page. See below.
Removed – Customers who have infomed you they wish to be removed from the housing register.
