Re-Registration process - On line
For the majority of applicants who bid through the web (approx 90%), re-registration is easy.
In the 3 months before the annual anniversary of their application, applicants receive a pop up asking them to re-register, see example above.
They then select the appropriate option for them. Applicants that are due a review will have the element ‘show on login notice page’ set to ‘Annual Review’ this can be found on an applicants CRM page under administration.
