Receiving a nomination

When a local authority sends a nomination the landlord will receive an email as well as a general task.

To view the nomination click on the link ‘All my nominated nominations’.

You will see a list of properties waiting to be offered.

Select a property to view the shortlist.

Shortlist Toolbar Key:

	Undo or redo last action
	By ticking the box, members who are ineligible will be appear on shortlist greyed out
	Edit filters for this shortlist
	Edit shortlist filters
	Add note to shortlist. Note icon will change to Yellow when note is added.
	Print shortlist
	Snapshot of history each time a member is offered

Some local authorities send more than one nominations, this is particularly useful when a property is hard to let or to minimize void loss.

The nomination screen will look like this if the LA has sent two nominations
