Filtering a shortlist

Local authorities and landlords can apply any member elements filters to the shortlist to return members who meet the selected criteria.

By selecting the funnel icon the shortlist toolbar

The filter screen displays and you can adjust the shortlist to meet your letting criteria by add element filters.

The example below shows the filter of Live in area – equals Abbotsbury, apply the filter and you will see the shortlist refresh to show the eligible members with a Live in area = Abbotsbury has been reduced from 4 to 2 members.

You can see a filter has been applied  to a shortlist as the funnel icon appears on the Blue strapline (at the far right hand side)  and the filter used shows in text under the blue shortlist detail banner (in the example below Filtered on live in area…).

You can reset a filter at any time by selecting the funnel icon again which will open the filter box and click ‘Reset filter’ the shortlist will return to the original list and officers can apply another filter if required.

If you apply multiple element filters please be aware that only members that meet ALL the criteria you have set will be displayed.
