Nominations exhausted
If the nominations sent by the Local authority are exhausted eg: member has been rejected or refused the property, the landlord will request more nominations. Local authorities will receive both an email and task notifying them of the request from the landlord.
Shortlists where the landlord is requesting more nominations will have a status of Ready to Nominate and will appear in either of the two links below highlighted in Red.

Notice the results of the first round of nominations are recorded on the shortlist. Officers can hover over the rejection button to see the reason the landlord gave for the rejection.
The local authority will select the next customer by clicking on nominate this changes the green button Nom (2) once the officer has carried out the necessary member checks they send the nomination as before by clicking the green icon with blue arrow on the toolbar. This will continue until the property is let and a member is housed or the property is re-advertised.
