Closing Bidding

When the bidding period has finished, Locata staff will close the bidding on shortlists. 

This changes the shortlist status to Ready to Offer/Ready to Nominate. 

They will appear in the ‘all my shortlists ready to offer’ link as shown below.

Local authority officers (or Landlords with full access) will select the link and view all properties ready to offer or ready to advertise.

Landlords with full access will action shortlists that have a status of ‘Ready to offer’. 

Local Authority officers will verify and send nominations to landlords for shortlist with a status of ‘Ready to nominate’
