Property Management

To find properties click on the properties link then search for a property or use the grouped properties links. If you find none then you can click on create new property to make one.

A property or list of properties will appear. If you have found a property then click on the link and it will take you there.

The tabs for the property will be arranged as shown below, along the top of the screen starting with the Property tab. 

Highlighted in blue, the Property tab is the first screen displayed when you go into the Property Record. 

It contains information on partner, property code and status. Please note that where the information is coded, drop down lists are used to control the contents (small down arrows are displayed – for example on partners and status).

To view the advert for this property use the dropdown and click go. This will take you to the advert:

Please Note: the adverts as they appear are scheme specific and will vary across the schemes. They will work in the same way across Locata Pro systems but will appear differently.
