Administration Tab

The administration tab holds a range of important details about the Member registration date, verification date etc. 

Whilst most of the fields are self explanatory or have been configured by your scheme you should note the care flag which is standard across all schemes.

Example Care Flags:

Care flag 1 – the care flag denotes that staff should take care when dealing with the member. This displays as an emergency warning RED triangle on the CRM page. If this is set to yes, we would suggest that the partner providing the information is spoken to before any contact with this member takes place.

Care flag 2 – this flag will show on the CRM page as well and is triggered by a warning note that has been copied over from your existing schemes before go live with Dorset Home Choice. It will be a flag with a red or orange circle on it. By hovering over it you will see the description: ‘Warning check journal’

Other flags will be triggered by information collected on other criteria such as vulnerability, so watch out for these as well (example below).

These flags are generally set alongside your policy and may be different based on your scheme.
