The Letting

 If the Offer is accepted, the green Offered button turns to a brown Accepted button as shown below.

 

Once the property has been let, click on the accepted button and change the status of the property to let using the screen shown below. 

You enter a let date that is in the past or the future. You can ‘undo’ offers’ and ‘accepted’ status, but you cannot undo a let. The let button should only be pressed once the tenancy is confirmed and the property let.

This means that the property is let to the person that has accepted the offer and chosen to move into the property.
