The Viewings

One aspect of the shortlist /offer process is Viewings. 

As offers are made to members on the list, the system allows the next member on the list to be offered a Viewing or Rejected. 

You can cycle through the lists to offer Viewings to as many members as you wish.

 

One thing to note is that if a Viewing has been offered to a member, on a shortlist where the preceding member has been offered, and then that offered member refuses, the status Viewing will be set to Offered by the system.
