The Nomination

If your scheme nominates properties to RSLs or to an ALMO or even internally within the local authority. This means that the shortlist is worked as usual, but instead of offering the property, the member is ‘Nominated’. 

This list can be seen by the landlord who can then arrange offers and viewings for those pre-approved by the nominating authority.
