The Properties

This is the housing stock of the Partners in the scheme, also see Property Management whilst most properties are let and occupied. The properties for which there is a date when they will be empty and those which are empty, can be labelled as Ready to Advertise.

When properties are labelled as ‘Ready to Advertise’ they will be advertised in the next available bidding cycle automatically.

 

Some Partners do not data load their properties into Locata, therefore all properties my be put in by using the create new property button.
