Adverts Screen

This tab is used to proof the freesheet, i.e your property magazine or your property list. 

You can select whether to view just your properties, or all the properties which are ready to advertise. 

Select either ‘Proof next freesheet’ or ‘generate latest freesheet’ and press ‘generate freesheet’. This takes a few moments, but you can then open a pdf document of either the properties that will be advertised in the next cycle (proof…) or the properties in the current cycle (generate…).

If you need to make changes to the property after proofing the advert, go to properties, then select ‘all my properties ready to advertise’, select the property, make the necessary changes using the property wizard and save the changes. You can then re-generate the freesheet to check the changes.
